I am so with you on the cold thing. I've been taking photos of flowers on white - pastels - fresh - springy, myself! At least I can feel the sun coming back to us. =]

Be well!

These are beautiful. Love the ethereal quality. Sometimes I buy a bouquet of flowers just to photograph them. :)

What a gorgeous photo...looks more like spring than winter. I too like the snow...but hate the freezing temps! Hang in there ;)

ha ha. Dream of Spring, but it isn't here for a while, yet. Soft, sweet colors in the photo - very dreamy.

We have also about three months to go for spring so I have started to buy flowers to myself. Once a week I go to local little flower shop and buy something beautiful to cheer me up.

I'm sure the scent is escaping through the screen! You've captured their beauty wonderfully.

What a wonderful photo, Lisa! I love the colours - really gives me the spring feeling! It's so cold here, too, and the forecast isn't for the better...!

Oh Lisa, This is my absolute favorite of the flower shots I've seen of yours! Maybe I too needed the color and promise of spring!

I love hyacints too.

White hyacinths do it every time...

I love your Hyacinths, I completely understand why you purchased them. I love things that bright up the window sill.

The weather has turned very chilly in the UK again, and I am wondering whether the early daffodils will survive.

It's me again! I'm so glad I was able to join in with your Creative Exchange this week. I was just reading the rules again, and I love what you said about taking photos "with heart" I think that's the only way I know how...thank you. :-)

This reminds us that winter will, indeed, end someday! Beautiful flowers!

I came home from our trip away on Sunday to the smell of newly blooming hyacinths. They'd made the whole apartment smell delicious - just the think that I needed after a long and cold commute from the airport.

These are lovely. I want to go out right now and buy some! x

Woohoo, I've joined your Creative Exchange. Even thought mine was the result of a class assignment, the photos came from Irving Penn tugging at my heartstrings.

Your hyacinths are glorious!

A breath of Spring air...these are perfect!

I absolutely adore the smell of hyacinths and for various reasons didn't get around to planting some forced bulbs for the house last autumn. I can smell these in my imagination - a beautiful capture with lovely light.
